Fuel vouchers
If you're struggling with energy costs, we might be able to help you get a fuel voucher funded by the Household Support Fund.
Fuel vouchers are available for Eastleigh Borough residents spending more than 10% of their income (after housing costs are taken off) on their electricity and gas.
Contact us at fuelvouchers@caeastleigh.org to find out more about the process, or see our Get Advice page for more details on how to get in touch with us.

How does a fuel voucher work?
For those on credit meters, we can apply it directly to your account with your energy supplier.
For those on pre-payment meters, you receive codes that you can use at:

a Post Office or shop signed up to Payzone - find a Post Office or shop near you on the Payzone website
For those using oil, this is funded through the Crisis and Resilience Fund - contact us for more information if this applies to you.

-
details of your income - benefit claims, pensions, wages, etc.
